I have spent twenty two years as a Police Officer, and I now have the opportunity to combine my passion for health and fitness with my desire to help others through the magic that is massage. I had an amazing time in the Snowy and Blue Mountains in New South Wales. I finished the 100 miler, experiencing every weather condition Mother Nature can conjure up, in the most beautiful location.

Unwind@Albany will be closed from the 22nd of November until the 9th of December whilst I’m away tackling the Ultra-trail Kosciusko 100miler run in New South Wales.

There are still appointments available in November and we will reopen on the 10th of December and appointments will be available leading into the festive season.
