I am now closed for new bookings as I will be taking a year or so off to travel and catch up with family. I am still open for existing bookings, and will provide treatments for remaining vouchers. We are seeking an experienced Remedial massage therapist to join our “macksmassage” team in Albany Western Australia.

What we will give you
- Competitive remuneration

times(excluding Sundays) that are equal to your
weekly contracted hours

- Work in our newly fully equiped and furnished
treatment rooms

What we are looking for
- Diploma of Remedial Massage
- Eligible to be registered with Private Health Funds in
Australia
- Registered with a Massage Association in Australia
- Valid First Aid
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of our team
- Strong commitment to professional development and
client care
- Preferred 38hr/ week full time
- Part time considered

Responsibilities
- Maintain a professional and friendly environment for
clients and other practitioners
- Willingness to continually build “macksmassage”
Brand and client base
- Perform client musculoskeletal pre, mid and post
treatment assessments
- Develop tailored client treatment plans
- Provide Remedial massage
- Prescribe post treatment care
- Manage own clinic appointments, including bookings,
emails and phone calls
- Maintain client clinical notes
- Ensure the treatment room is cleaned after each
treatment
- Additional qualifications to provide Shiatsu,
Relaxation, Swedish and or Hot Stone massage is
desired but not essential

Did you know reflexology can help prepare your body to conceive? Techniques can be used for both male and female fertility, and support you through IVF treatment. Reflexology can also be used to promote a natural labour after 37 weeks.

I learned pre, peri and post-natal care techniques during my reflexology training 16 years ago and have recently completed Preconception, Pregnancy and Post-Natal Care Reflexology CPD with London School of Reflexology. According to this course, clients who have had reflexology during pregnancy generally suffer less pregnancy-related conditions and have a shorter labour.
