EXCITING NEWS!!!
Nah, I’m not pregnant 😂 but that’s definitely how I feel right now.
In the past 21 days I:
Caught 12 planes, 4 buses
Ate 2024 kg of Russian, Japanese, Georgian food,
Drank alcohol every 2nd day on average,
Drank water - maybe 1 glass a day at most,
Trained at the gym - 8 times,
Walked as little as 5k steps daily,
Did cardio - 0 sessions,
Had fun and laughed - daily for 21 days
Gained weight - 2.5 kg
F$$cks given - 0
A few years ago I’d consider myself a “failure” and “have let myself down”.
These days I say “Life is supposed to feel good! The holidays in Russia happen once in 10 years for me! I loved every minute of my time over there! I enjoyed every bite of the food I’ve missed, and every shot of vodka I got to share with the people I love and don’t see very often! I loved it and wouldn’t have done it any other way!
There is not going to be a “New Year - New Me” resolution.
What I know is that my body is great at working things out. All I have to care about is getting back to the things I know work best for me, which include - weight training, walking, beneficial nutrition, plenty of water and good feeling recovery.
I love holidays and having fun with life! And after such times I usually crave my routine and my “feeling good” habits.
