Meet my guy Chris 👆🏼
Not only is he a legend of a dad, he’s also a busy mining worker, pulling 12–13 hour shifts and for a long time he struggled with consistency.
When we first spoke back in October last year, one of his goals was simple:
👉🏼 try to train consistently for 3 months.
Well, here we are almost a year later.
What makes me proud of Chris isn’t just the physical changes (though there are plenty). It’s that he’s stuck with it through the rough weeks, when old Chris might’ve thrown in the towel. He’s bought into the process, kept showing up, and even when we check in, half the time we end up just shooting the breeze about life. That says it all…this isn’t a “challenge,” it’s become part of who he is.
A while back I asked him a few questions about his journey. Here’s what he said (swipe through carousel to read).
In a nutshell…
✅ He feels fitter, stronger, and more confident
✅ Accountability got him through the hard days until momentum kicked in
✅ Why he thinks every dad needs to do it for themselves, but also for their family! Yep I agree 🤜🏼🤛🏼
Super proud of this bloke. Absolute proof that even with a crazy schedule, when you commit and show up, you can change your energy, your body, your confidence and BE the example for your kids…not just talk about it.
Love your work mate 🙌🏼 .brinky

If you’re a dad who relates to Chris’ story and wants to make a shift before Christmas, DM me the word COMMITTED and I’ll send you the details on how we can make it happen.
