I just had a consult with a Mumma of a 11m old who was waking 3 times a night
Mumma is feeding back to sleep each time. But this situation (and likely yours too!) is not about focusing on curbing the feeding/rocking back to sleep.
It’s about Figuring out WHY your baby is waking in the first place. Here’s 5 reasons why:
➡️ COLD
➡️SLEEP PRESSURE
➡️DAY CALORIES
➡️CONNECTION
➡️SLEEP ASSOCIATION to get to sleep
If you correct the first 4 factors that are contributing to your night waking, you are 70% of the way there. Next work on reducing your sleep associations.
