I love my job! It’s such a previlage and honour to work with women and their families throughout their pregnancy, birth and postnatal period.

When I first meet mums they’re often overwhelmed and confused. I am very passionate about empowering all women with knowledge and confidence to feel excited not fearful about their pregnancy care and upcoming birth.

There are now lots of mums coming back to see me for baby number 2 which is very special to watch their families grow 🤍

Birth can be unpredictable and it’s not a competition. There is so much pressure put on women to have the perfect birth experience. A positive birth experience is going to look different to each woman and is not defined by the mode of birth or pain relief you choose to use. There is no failure in birth, whether your birth experience involves a Vaginal Birth After Caesarean (VBAC) , a Normal Vaginal Birth with an epidural, a natural spontaneous labour with no pain relief, an assisted delivery with an episiotomy, a Trial Of Labour After Caesarean (TOLAC), a planned induction or a repeat elective caesarean, you can still have a positive birth experience. Empowering birth education, allows women to make informed choices about their options and establishes what’s important to their unique birth experience. It is your body, your baby and your birth experience and you do what works for you. If you require any further information regarding my education sessions please DM me

Hi my name is Tracey Stewart, I am a privately practicing Midwife with over 20 years of extensive Midwifery experience in a variety of settings including The Royal Women's Hospital high risk clinics, team midwifery programs and assisting with water births.
I partner with several doctors and obstetricians in the Albury-Wodonga area to provide Antenatal and Postnatal care in their clinics.
I am extremely passionate about empowering woman with individualised education about their options throughout pregnancy and birth.
By educating woman to make informed choices, it helps reduce fear around birth and contributes towards a positive birth experience.
