You can’t pour from an empty cup.

We can’t fully elevate or support others unless we first feel supported and looked after ourselves.
Showing up for others and for our own lives… takes care, energy and presence.

Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish; it’s necessary. It’s okay to pause the pace of life, slow down, and reset. Often, that pause is exactly what allows you to go further than you ever imagined.

I’ve spent the past week in Bali focusing on resting, resetting, exploring and reflecting.
I’m returning home feeling grounded, nourished and fulfilled. Ready to come back to the people I love, the routine I thrive in, and the vision I’m building for Elevate, both as a business and a movement.

When we take care of ourselves, we’re able to show up more fully.

As always,
We thrive by elevating others, and that starts with taking care of ourselves.

Website launch & Elevate storefront opening !!

After months of dreaming, building, designing, doubting, refining and believing… I’ve built the Elevate website and opened a dedicated storefront section.

After sharing the EOI form, it became really clear there was enough interest to take the next step and create a space for this, so the Elevate storefront is now open and pre-orders for t-shirts and caps are officially live.

What started as a support service has grown into a philosophy I live by:

We thrive by elevating others.

The Elevate Everyday pieces were created to represent more than just apparel. They’re reminders of how we show up, how we treat people, and the impact we have on those around us.

This drop is being produced in collaboration with local business CLA Clothing, allowing us to support and elevate another small business.

I’m so proud of this, and I’m so grateful for every person who has supported me, encouraged me, filled out the form, listened to me talk about this idea, or believed in it before it existed.

EXPRESSION OF INTEREST - Form below - Elevate Tee🔥

What started as a shirt just for me has somehow grown into something way bigger, and I’m honestly so grateful seeing how many of you connect with the message behind it!

After so many of you asked about my Elevate tee, I’ve opened an expression of interest to see if there’s enough support to do a small run. I’ve organised a local screen-printing supplier and will be using heavyweight tees — they’ll be approximately $40 each. I’ll need a minimum of 20 shirts to confirm an order.

To me, it’s more than just a shirt.
It represents a mindset, a movement, and a community.

Feedback like this reminds me how incredibly privileged and lucky I am to do this work!

To build genuine connection, to show up with care and intention, and to walk alongside individuals through whatever challenges life may bring, all while witnessing their strength, growth, and progress through both the hardest moments and the wins… There’s no feeling quite like it.

As 2025 comes to a close, I’ve been reflecting on what I want 2026 to look like for Elevate.

One of my biggest goals is to keep growing Elevate in all the ways that matter —> Increasing the capacity of participants I support, while protecting the strong sense of community and purpose that Elevate is built on. We thrive by elevating others, and that truly person-centred approach will always come first.

A major goal for 2026 is working towards becoming NDIS registered, and I’m excited to share that Elevate is now being supported by Disability Compliance Australia; Which is a team that supports providers to meet NDIS standards while ensuring the safety, quality, and compliance that the NDIS is built on.

A big step forward, and an important one, as Elevate continues to grow the right way!

Meet the Face Behind Elevate!

Hi! I’m Soph, 21, based in the Albury-Wodonga region, and I’ve spent the past four years passionately growing my experience in support work.

Elevate was created to deliver person-centred support. Small, personal, and focused on individual needs and goals, something larger organisations often struggle to achieve.

Here’s a little about me:

• Staying active is a big part of my life, you’ll usually find me in the gym most mornings, out on the field playing rugby or league tag, or hiking in the mountains!

• Creativity fuels me, whether it’s through drawing, photography, or baking.
