Having a garden šŖ“ at times of need is something we have always considered important. Now that the cost of living is about to skyrocket due to the war in Iran and Australiaās fuel shortages, itās worth rolling up those sleeves, and earthing yourself. Start a winter harvest now with us and we can compare notes on what works and what doesnāt. We are certainly not experts in gardening but we are giving it a go. We already have the basics. Good soil, a rain water tank, some garden beds, a little worm farm and compost bin, already growing pumpkins, tomatoes, ginger, herbs, bananas, and pawpaw. We recently purchased survival seeds and sewed some of them yesterday in little trays. Letās see if we can get them going. The pumpkins we grew from seeds we planted from a pumpkin given to us over a year ago now. Perhaps we can do a seed swap as plants germinate! Oh I have sooo many ideas. To get us started this season we have purchased survival seeds. www.survivalseeds.com.au (not a paid sponsor) Letās see if they germinate! š”
