What a beautiful Just Strong Ladies walk this morning 💛🌿

We strolled, we talked, and as always, we solved most of life’s problems before breakfast 😆
This morning’s topics included:
• The week that was (big, busy, and we still smashed it)
• The weeks ahead
• Christmas plans 🎄
• Holidays & trips
• Who needs a house sitter or dog sitter
• …and who’s brave enough to put their hand up 😅

As we move into the silly season, let’s keep doing what we do best, looking out for each other.
If anyone needs a hand over the Christmas period (house sitting, dog minding, checking in, watering plants, or just company), pop it in the group. We’re all here for each other. ❤️

Yesterday’s walk was exactly what we all needed, fresh air, good laughs, and that beautiful reminder that when women come together, we lift each other higher. 💛

Huge thank you to everyone who showed up, showed kindness, encouraged one another, and shared the morning with such positive energy. These walks aren’t just about steps… they’re about connection, strength, and being part of something that fills your cup.

🌄 Just Strong Ladies Walk – Mount John’s Edition! 💪🌸

What a beautiful morning with our strong ladies crew! We took on the Mount John’s area today legs burning, spirits high, and laughter echoing through the hills.

We were so excited to welcome Jan back from her whirlwind travels (we missed you!), and to see a few new faces join our little tribe. The “late crew” who missed the 6am memo managed to catch up just in time for the fun part, coffee and laughs! ☕😂

We wrapped things up sitting around “pretending we were having an AGM” at the Tali deck, mostly chatting about Christmas plans, good food, and how strong and fabulous we all are!

Well… we showed up and we showed off today!
The laughs were loud, the chat was chaotic, and the sass was absolutely unmatched. 😂

Between solving the world’s problems, roasting ourselves, and somehow still managing to look fabulous at 6:30am, it’s safe to say the energy was STRONG this morning. 💪✨

So much love, laughter, honesty, and real talk, exactly what makes this group of women magic. 💕

🌅 Just Strong Ladies Walking Group Alice Springs Saturday Walk 💪✨

What a great turnout last weekend, loved seeing some new faces and hearing all the laughter and great conversation along the way! 💕

This Saturday we’re back to our 6:30 am start as the weather warms up ☀️
We’ll be meeting at Yaye’s and doing walk, before a well deserved cuppa and chat afterwards ☕

This morning’s Just Strong Ladies walk took us around the beautiful Alice Springs loop. We shared the path with a few friendly walkers, swapped stories about the week that was, and reminded ourselves how much better we feel after moving together.

As always, the best part came afterwards, coffee, laughter, and a chance to simply enjoy each other’s company. Grateful for this little tradition that sets the tone for the weekend. 💛☕🚶‍♀️

What a beautiful morning walk we had today! It was so lovely to welcome some wonderful new ladies into the group, we’re so glad you joined us 💕.

A huge thank you to Amanda, Jayne, and Karen for proudly representing us in the Adelaide City to Bay, we are so proud of you! 👏👏

Wishing Maxine all the best as she heads off on tour, we’ll miss you and look forward to seeing you when you’re back.

One of my favourite parts of these mornings is sitting down together afterwards, sharing coffee and laughs. When I look around the table, I see such beautiful, kind, and inspirational women, and I feel truly grateful to be part of this amazing group. 💖

🌿 Just Strong Ladies Walk – North Side Edition 🌿

This morning’s stroll gave us everything, sunshine, good company, plenty of laughs… and one very determined swooping bird keeping us on our toes! 🐦😅

As always, the best part was the conversations along the way. We shared work joys and frustrations, chatted about settling into new office spaces, checked in on health and wellbeing, swapped moving, house stories, and even cheered on those heading to Adelaide next weekend for the City to Bay Fun Run. 🏃‍♀️✨

It’s not just about the walk, it’s about connection, encouragement, and having that space to share and support each other. 💛

🌄 Just Strong Ladies Walk – Saturday Morning Reflections 🌄

This morning, our Just Strong Ladies gathered for a soul nourishing walk along Bradshaw Drive, with the beautiful ranges standing tall beside us a quiet, grounding presence.

As our feet moved, so did our hearts and minds. We debriefed openly and honestly about the rawness of losing a loved one, the unpredictable waves of grief, and the moments life feels so incredibly unfair. 💔 We spoke of love and loss, of how we carry memories, and how sometimes, simply showing up for each other is the bravest thing we can do.

The conversations meandered just like our path from how full our local hospital is, to the realities of marriage, partnerships, and what it means to keep going when life feels heavy.

These walks aren’t just about steps they’re about connection, healing, laughter through tears, and being surrounded by women who get it.

We keep showing up. We keep walking forward. Together. 💪👣
