Just Strong Ladies Anzac Day Walk ❤️

This morning our Just Strong Ladies headed out for a special Anzac Day walk. We made our way up around Anzac Hill, then down the Stuart Highway, waving to those who had attended the Dawn Service along the way.

Today was about more than just walking. It was about taking a moment to remember and honour the brave men and women who sacrificed their lives so we can live, walk, gather and enjoy the freedoms we have today.

Lest we forget. 🌹

What a beautiful, crisp morning it was with such a beautiful group of ladies. We are so lucky to have such a diverse, supportive, and welcoming group of women coming together, encouraging each other, and starting the day strong.
Every walk is a reminder that this is about more than fitness, it’s about connection, support, strength, and showing up for one another. So proud of all the ladies who came along this morning 🌸

Just Strong Ladies Walk 💪🌿☕
What a beautiful morning with our Just Strong Ladies crew today.
This morning’s walk was a little different and a little longer, heading north up Telegraph Station and crossing the river. A few of us ended up with wet feet, some found an alternate route, and some of us could barely even find the path with how green, overgrown and lush it is out there at the moment 🌱😂
But that just added to the adventure.
It was such a great morning, and so lovely to see some beautiful new faces join us. Then, sitting around the table together afterwards having coffee, it really hit home what a diverse, beautiful, supportive group of women this is, ladies from all different backgrounds coming together to walk, chat, laugh and start the weekend in the best way.

What a beautiful walk we had last Saturday, plenty of laughs and great conversation along the way. We covered everything from snails, menopause, cars, travelling, the cost of living, and even the old petrol prices frustration 😊
That’s what makes this group so special good company, real chats, fresh air and lots of laughs.

Had such a lovely Just Strong Ladies Walk this morning 🌸
It was so great to see some new faces join us. We enjoyed a beautiful walk, had plenty of laughs, and chatted about everything from holidays to bright tights and all the fun in between.
Thank you, ladies, for bringing your energy, smiles and good company. These mornings are always such a nice reminder of how special it is to come together, move our bodies and just enjoy each other’s company.

Just Strong Ladies 💛
Last Saturday’s walk was something special.
We welcomed some wonderful new faces to the group, which is always such a joy, there’s nothing better than seeing our circle grow and new connections forming so naturally.
We headed down Bradshaw, taking in those stunning views of the ranges as we made our way toward the Gap. The weather was kind, the company even better, and the conversations flowed the whole way.
We found ourselves chatting about everything from relationships, to a little bit of vanity (because let’s be honest we’re all human 💁‍♀️), and even yoga… with a few laughs along the way of course.
That’s what these walks are all about fresh air, honest conversations, and supporting each other wherever we’re at.

Last Saturday’s Ladies Walk was a little different, with only a small group braving the rain as we headed up the north side together. Even with the weather, it was such a lovely walk.
We spoke about the week that was and the effect of the rain on our lives, sharing space and conversation in the way this group always does so well. Along the way we passed the men’s walking group and stopped to say hi, which was a nice little moment too.
From there, the conversation turned to the simple things we do when there’s not much else on Netflix, movies, and a few recommendations shared between us. It ended up being a small, intimate, and really nice catch up.
This Saturday we’ll be meeting at Yaye's Cafe Cafe with a new start time of 6:30am. Hope to see you there 🌧️☕💕

Last Saturday’s Just Strong Ladies walk may be a little late getting posted, but it was definitely one worth sharing.
We met at Stumps Cafe and headed off for a lovely walk around the East Side. We did our best to keep our shoes dry, although the Tunks Causeway still had a few wet spots about. It was so good to see a mix of new faces and familiar ones, and as always, share plenty of laughs along the way.
That is what Just Strong Ladies is all about getting together, moving our bodies, having a chat, and starting the weekend strong.
We’ll be back again this Saturday, meeting at Stumps Cafe at 6:00am. Would love to see you there 💪☀️

What a gorgeous, soggy little loop we did around Alice this morning! Even dodging the causeways wasn’t enough to save a few wet runners, but that’s all part of the fun with this crew.
We chatted about everything along the way… jobs, the roads, this wild wet weather, lawns growing faster than we can mow, moving house, shovelling dirt, and of course the big question of the week: is there much stock left on the shelves at Coles or Woolies?

It was so lovely seeing all your smiling faces again. Thank you for showing up, rain or shine that’s exactly why this group is so special.
And a big shoutout to Stumps Café for having us again this morning. Always such a welcoming place to wrap up our walk.

This morning’s walk was such a gorgeous reminder of why this little community means so much. 💛
We wandered, we talked, and we laughed our way through so many parts of life, holidays we’re dreaming of, renovations driving us mad, dates and relationships (the good, the bad, and the funny!), and of course, stories about beautiful grandbabies.
We even crossed paths with the men on their walk, which gave us all a good giggle.
Every week, it’s not just about the steps… it’s the connection, the fresh air, and the way we show up for ourselves and each other.
Strong hearts, strong minds, strong women.
Same time next week, ladies!

This morning our Just Strong Ladies crew met on the Eastside and wow… what a way to start the day. The sunrise was absolute magic soft pink skies, fresh air, and the kind of stillness that makes you breathe a little deeper and feel grateful.
Surrounded by wonderful women, we wandered through Eastside sharing stories and laughs. We chatted about movies and favourite actors, talked honestly about our parents getting older and what it means to care for them, and reminisced about the “old Eastside” the way things used to be, the memories, the people. There’s something special about walking side by side that makes conversations flow so naturally.
And of course… the reward at the end ☕️✨

🌧️ JUST STRONG LADIES – SATURDAY WALK WRAP-UP 🌧️
This morning proved exactly why our little community is called Just Strong Ladies.
The pouring rain didn’t hold us back not even close! We powered through wet shoes, soggy shirts, blisters, and even crossed a flowing river like the absolute champions we are. 💪✨
Despite the weather, the laughs were louder than the rain, and the good vibes carried us all the way to a well-earned, warm coffee at 8CCC Café. ☕💛
Thank you to everyone who showed up and embraced the chaos with a smile. Days like this remind us that strength isn’t just physical it’s community, connection, and showing up even when the sky opens up on us.
