What a beautiful morning walk we had today! It was so lovely to welcome some wonderful new ladies into the group, we’re so glad you joined us 💕.

A huge thank you to Amanda, Jayne, and Karen for proudly representing us in the Adelaide City to Bay, we are so proud of you! 👏👏

Wishing Maxine all the best as she heads off on tour, we’ll miss you and look forward to seeing you when you’re back.

One of my favourite parts of these mornings is sitting down together afterwards, sharing coffee and laughs. When I look around the table, I see such beautiful, kind, and inspirational women, and I feel truly grateful to be part of this amazing group. 💖

🌿 Just Strong Ladies Walk – North Side Edition 🌿

This morning’s stroll gave us everything, sunshine, good company, plenty of laughs… and one very determined swooping bird keeping us on our toes! 🐦😅

As always, the best part was the conversations along the way. We shared work joys and frustrations, chatted about settling into new office spaces, checked in on health and wellbeing, swapped moving, house stories, and even cheered on those heading to Adelaide next weekend for the City to Bay Fun Run. 🏃‍♀️✨

It’s not just about the walk, it’s about connection, encouragement, and having that space to share and support each other. 💛

Here’s to strong steps, strong voices, and strong women. 💪

✨ Just Strong Ladies Walk – This Morning’s Catch Up ✨

What a great morning with our Just Strong Ladies crew! We set off from Northside, made our way over to the beautiful Telegraph Station, and then treated ourselves with a well-earned coffee stop at Bunnings ☕🌿.

Conversation flowed as always, from sports finals to team jerseys, the ever changing Alice Springs weather, and even the brave ones rocking shorts today! 😅👏

A special shout out to the new ladies who joined us, it was wonderful having you along and sharing the walk together. 💪👟

This morning’s ladies walk took us around Desert Park West Mac Rangers. The wind certainly gave us a challenge, but as always, the laughter and connection made it such a beautiful start to the day. 🌬️💛

We were lucky to welcome some gorgeous new ladies to our walk, and I’m so grateful for the way this group continues to grow with such warmth and kindness.

To top it off, Karen and the ladies absolutely spoilt me with the most stunning latte glasses I’ve been admiring for some time. 🥹☕ My heart is so full, thank you, beautiful friends, for your thoughtfulness.

This morning we set out on our big walk and what a beautiful start to the day it was 🌸✨ We really are such a great, happy bunch of ladies, there’s always plenty of laughter and endless conversations about everything from work to reunions, travel, holidays, and even our favourite local shops around Alice. 💬💖

It’s these mornings that remind us how special it is to have such wonderful company and shared moments. A great morning had by all, already looking forward to the next one! 🚶‍♀️☀️💐

It was a crisp -2° start this morning, but that didn’t stop us!

We had a beautiful walk up the Todd River, taking the scenic route over the east side track before making our way back to Olive Pink.

Along the way, we shared laughs and stories about life, family, holidays, and long weekends. There’s nothing quite like the power of strong women walking and talking side by side 💬💕

This morning’s walk heading west towards the Ranges was nothing short of spectacular! The wind definitely made its presence known, but it only added to the energy and beauty of the morning. ⛰️🌪️

We had a mix of new faces, some lovely welcome backs, and our ever reliable regulars what a crew! 💛 As always, the conversation was flowing, the laughs were plenty, and the connection was real.

There’s just something empowering about starting your Saturday with strong women strong steps, and strong hearts. 💪✨

🌄 Just Strong Ladies Walk – Saturday Morning Reflections 🌄

This morning, our Just Strong Ladies gathered for a soul nourishing walk along Bradshaw Drive, with the beautiful ranges standing tall beside us a quiet, grounding presence.

As our feet moved, so did our hearts and minds. We debriefed openly and honestly about the rawness of losing a loved one, the unpredictable waves of grief, and the moments life feels so incredibly unfair. 💔 We spoke of love and loss, of how we carry memories, and how sometimes, simply showing up for each other is the bravest thing we can do.

The conversations meandered just like our path from how full our local hospital is, to the realities of marriage, partnerships, and what it means to keep going when life feels heavy.

These walks aren’t just about steps they’re about connection, healing, laughter through tears, and being surrounded by women who get it.

We keep showing up. We keep walking forward. Together. 💪👣

This morning we braved the -1°C chill like the strong, unstoppable women we are! 🧤💪 Wrapped up in layers and powered by good company, we walked, talked, and shared some amazing chats about life, work, hiking plans, visitors (the good and the unexpected!), and of course, the dreaded cold and flu season 🤧

We warmed up afterwards with cozy drinks and laughter at Yaye's Cafe, the perfect way to end a frosty morning. ☕❤️

Let’s do it all again next week same time, same place, next Saturday. Bring your stories, smiles, and maybe an extra scarf! 😉
