Moon and Back Personal Training We are a supportive community encourages you to prioritise your health and well-being. I, have been running Moon and Back Personal Training since 2016.

Prior to working in the Fitness profession I worked as a Registered Nurse for 13 years in Paediatrics, Emergency, Travel Medicine and General Practise. The drive for my career change happened after my mum died suddenly of a heart attack at 56years of age. This increased my passion for educating and motivating people to prioritise their heart. With my nursing experience in mind I plan my fitness se

ssions with a holistic approach, taking the whole person into consideration, not just looking at the exercise. I work primarily with women and I am continually educating myself to ensure my clients can work at their own capacity. So far my biggest achievement would be the community and connection between people that I have managed to create. By having this supportive community and incorporating fun & play within the sessions I am able to help people stay fit and strong for life, both physically and mentally.

We have had some new team members join the crew this term and it has reminded me just how much I love it when people begin their journey with me.

After just 2 sessions Helga has already noticed a difference in her body. She is moving easier, she is feeling more balanced and she is soo happy to be doing something for herself 💗

He is making small changes that can literally save his life.

Falls are the second leading cause of unintentional injury caused deaths in the world.

Adults older than 60years of safe suffer the greatest number of fatal falls.

For the majority of people, our balance begins to decline from the age of 50 however it can start declining earlier for some people.

(Reference: World Health Organisation).

Thankfully there are things you can do throughout your day to help improve your balance, co-ordination, strength and confidence.

With both kids out and about with friends for the day I’ve had a productive day of planning for the upcoming term .. starting with my favourite session online, The Pit Stop 💗

I personally think I these are essential in everyone’s program as they help restore and re-energise and allow you to move more efficiently not only in your workouts, but it life!

When your daughter gets a job that requires an adult to help, the adult decides it’s essential to take a dip in the water to celebrate the job being done!!

Camping .. it feels like a marathon to get ready but believe it or not my favourite job is playing Tetris packing the trailer!!!

This mornings packing has by far been one of my best Tetris games yet 💪🥳

Can’t wait for the finish line when everything is set up and we can kick back and recharge 💕
