A new pyramid for healthy eating ❤️ Of course everyone is different and there is no one way fits all - so this is a great place to start along with the green list and then over time tweak it to suit your health needs so that is is sustainable and maintainable forever.

This way of eating is not just another “diet” that is restrictive and leaves you feeling miserable, hungry and metabolically messed up - it is not about counting or restricting calories - it is about eating healthy, nutritious and delicious food that heals and optimises your mind, body and physiology

Better nutrition can lead to weight loss, hormone balance, increased energy, better sleep, stable moods, less hot flushes, better pathology results and decreased health risks and these are just a few of the things I have experienced myself over the last few years.

One week of no histamine foods & I also created my own low carb / keto version = decreased 27cm’s (10inches) around my belly & hips - but even better is MY increased energy, better sleep, decreased migraines, less itchy skin, less sinusitis, less snacking, nausea gone, decreased joint and body aches, decreased hot flashes and less gassy.

Starting this week - I will be offering relaxation sessions on Facebook on Breathe-Move - Relax- every night until we are out of lockdown.

Sessions will be 30 minutes running from 7- 7.30 as will be time to finish work, have your evening meal and then hit the mat for some rest and digest time!

ITEMS NEEDED:
chair or p**f or couch to put legs up on, blanket to keep you warm
pillows to support head/ neck and body

we will be only doing 2 practices:

Breathing in constructive rest
guided relaxation.

Keeping it simple as life ATM is not. ❤️
