Box squats are great for improving depth safely!

Squat jumps add more intensity to your training and are a great challenge!

Bosu squats work with your stability and ability to adapt your squat under stress!

Pistol squats are an advanced exercise that can help to increase the ability of each leg individually and help create depth and improve your skill level with squats!

Remember to activate your core/keep your chest up/neck in line with ears throughout all exercises!

⛔️ TRICEP DIPS ⛔️
There are a few ways to train your tricep muscles, dips are just one!
You can try dips as seen below, or you can try them assisted in the dip machine or even unassisted in the dip machine!
I can promise you that these suckers burn and you won't be able to do more than a minute in good form!
Key points to focus on are chest up, elbows in and behind and don't go too low!
Try them out today and let me know what you think!
