Ready to return to sport? Give some of these knee rehab exercises a go:
1. 30 seconds endurance lateral hops (15cm apart)
2. 6 meters timed single leg hop
3. Triple cross-over hop (can add external push)

Are you a runner who wants stronger legs for running faster and longer but not sure where to start? Don't worry, I've got you covered
Here are my top 5 exercises for Runners :
1. Bulgarian split squats
2. Single leg Deadlift
3. Bent knee calf raises
4. Deadbug
5. Side plank holds
Aim for 3 sets x 12 reps of the first 4 exercises and 30 to 45 seconds for the side planks
Give these a go and don't be surprised if you start to notice improvements in your running performance 😉
