Trust and connection through healing! I was reminded yesterday how powerful that can be.
Trusting what you are feeling guided to do.

I had such an amazing experience yesterday in one of my healing sessions.

During the healing, I felt guided to switch from reiki and drawn to using my own healing energy .
I was guided to connect with the Earth star.

As I was connecting, I was receiving these light codes and could see them activating .
I started brining these into my friend’s energy field asking their permission first.

Before I finished the healing , I used palo Santo to smudge the aura and clear away a few things I felt, and what I got to see was truely amazing !💫
I could see all of the light codes swirling around in the smoke ! Codes and symbols.

I was so excited , as I just thought I was imagining this 🤣

When I woke my friend from her healing , she said to me she could see all these yellow codes and writing going into her then they turned white.

Forever learning . Student of the universe ❤️

Very excited this arrived today. Finding a spiritual mentor had been something I have been searching for, and as all things whooo whoo had it, a 5am wake up with my phone open on her page is something I still giggle over 😅
It’s all about timing 💫

I have been introduced to such a beautiful group of like minded souls, searching to find their full potential and expand talents and awareness . I have been left in awe of these women and Triona herself .
How I have grown fundamentally and spiritually!!

Such great insight. What we search for is always within 🙏

QHHT session for this week so powerful have to share . As humans we do always look outside of ourselves when more often than not the answers are within. But this was new to me how we already have the abilities we need .

Client : the purpose of humanity and human consciousness isn’t the way you think it is .
Triona : please explain this in more details SC , it isn’t what we think ?
Client : we find it amusing amongst ourself and hear all the time the idea of a person looking for ascension , moving to a matrix , accessing 5d - it has many names but . It isn’t real
Triona : thank you . Your saying that 5D , asension etc isn’t real ?
Client : that’s right .. everyone who is In a human body already goes through a resonance before they move into a humanoid body for Earth . It contains all the blue prints and codes already for different frequencies . They are accessed at will and sometimes automatically in certain situations .
Triona : what resonance is required for the Body for Earth and where / how are these codes stored ? Thank you
Client : it’s a higher frequency than msot planets and even in some energy forms . Humans are unconsciously always looking to access their higher frequencies as It’s in essence programmed within them to do this . This is why the soul in a human body always craves what you call ascension however it’s already there programmed and activated it’s just simply not used . You search externally for what is always within .
They are stored energetically in the cells like memories are stored in the body and in time in your future you will be able to access these easier
