So many women struggle with painful cycles, difficulty conceiving, babies sitting out of position causing discomfort in pregnancy and challenges in birth, or ongoing struggles postpartum like prolapse and incontinence.
Too often, they’re dismissed as “normal” parts of being a woman.
Something to live with until they’re “Done having babies”
But they are not. They are signs of a womb out of alignment.
And it is no wonder.
Our modern lifestyles keep us sitting for long hours, pulling the pelvis out of alignment.
Old injuries and scar tissue from surgeries restrict natural movement and flow.
The body holds the weight of trauma — physical and emotional — which holds in the womb.
Over time, these create imbalances that ripple through every stage of a woman’s life: menstruation, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum, and continue into menopause.
Womb work offers another way. Through touch, rebozo, plants, heat, and ceremony, balance can be restored.
Women remember what it feels like to live in alignment with their centre — cycles can ease, conception opens, births can flow, and recovery can strengthen rather than deplete.
When we tend to the womb in this way, we are not only supporting individual healing — we are remembering practices that women have always carried, and choosing to keep them alive for the future.
This is the invitation of Roots of the Feminine: to step into a circle where womb work, rebozo, bellybinding and plant wisdom are Remembered, Embodied, and Carried forward through your hands. 🌹
Join the lineage now, our circle is forming and places are limited.
