✨ About the Role

As a Support Coordinator, you’ll work closely with participants to help them understand and implement their NDIS plans, connect with the right supports, and build confidence to live more independently. If your looking for a role that genuinely cares about participants and isn't focused on KPI's we would love to hear from you.

- Experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a related community services role like social work, case management or child safety

- Strong understanding of the NDIS framework

- Excellent communication and organisational skills

- Compassionate, reliable, and outcome-focused

- Qualifications in community services, social work, or similar (preferred)

There are rules in place to protect children on the NDIS and help them reach their full potential.

The Quality Support for Children booklet informs parents and carers what they should expect from a provider and helps them choose the right one for their family.

The Australian Government is now in a caretaker period pending the outcome of the federal election on 3 May 2025. We will continue to monitor and review comments but may not be able to respond to questions about changes to the NDIS or the way the NDIS Commission works during the caretaker period.
