We also wish to thank you for your support and patience as we navigated a business name change and expanded our team to offer you more services. It’s been a monumental process but we truly feel like we now have a name that reflects our multidisciplinary team and our values with ✨connection ✨ being at the heart of what we do. As with any new venture, we will continue to develop and streamline our processes and thank you for your patience with some of the technology hiccups with our new system.

We are so excited to share our new business name…

Over the the last 3 years, the Communikate Speech Therapy team has grown into an incredible multidisciplinary team which now includes:

🍃 Parent support programs

So it was important that our business name reflected our whole team and what we do.

At the heart of ALL that we do is ✨connection✨ because we know that a strong relationship, together with a holistic and collaborative approach is what helps our clients reach the best possible outcomes with their therapy.

It’s been an honour to collaborate with these incredible organisations and individuals for this important project. I wrote the social stories for “I am going to an Evacuation Centre” and “Today there is going to be a planned burn off” to help children and adults with additional needs understand what is happening and to assist in reducing some of their anxiety during or following an emergency event. Thank you to everyone involved in helping this project come to life and to the families who shared their experiences so the community can better support families in emergency situations in the future ❤️
