Your hip flexors are one of the biggest troublemakers when it comes to tightness and lower back discomfort.

Long periods of sitting can keep them shortened all day, which then pulls on the pelvis and puts extra strain through the lower back and hips.

A simple thing that helps:

👉 Stand up regularly, take a short walk, and gently stretch through the front of the hips during the day.

Your body was designed to move — and those small movements make more difference than people realise ✨

If you’re feeling tight through your neck and shoulders…
check your breathing.

Most people breathe shallow into their chest without even realising —
especially when stressed or sitting a lot.

That keeps your neck and shoulder muscles constantly switched on 😖

👉 Try this today:
Place one hand on your belly, one on your chest
Breathe in slowly through your nose and let your belly rise
Keep your chest as relaxed as possible
Exhale slowly

Do that for a minute or two… and feel the difference.

Sometimes it’s not just tight muscles —
it’s how your body is working all day.

And when it’s built up too much…
that’s where remedial massage really helps release it 💆‍♀️✨

Posture isn’t about sitting up straight all day

In fact, holding yourself stiff can make things worse

💡 Your body prefers movement, not one “perfect” position

Try this:
• shift how you’re sitting regularly
• don’t stay in one position too long
• get up and move when you can

It’s the lack of movement that usually causes the tightness, not just “bad posture”

If your body’s feeling it lately, it might just need a bit more than a quick stretch 🌿✨
