I work out of The Attic Creative at 712 Sturt St Ballarat. A beautiful building where I occupy a lovely, relaxed and comfortable space. The Attic has easy pram access, bathroom facilities and my room is safe and private.

I am also in the planning stages of setting up a Mums & Bubs Mat Pilates class too... coming soon!

WHO I WORK WITH?

I see women through all stages of life.

I help women through pregnancy with aches and pain or to set up a pelvic floor program.

I assist women with healing after birth with postnatal assessments of the whole body but particularly the abdominals and pelvic floor.

I encourage women to stay active and can help to set up achievable, enjoyable exercise programs to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I also work with women who are experiencing issues with incontinence, prolapse symptoms, pelvic pain or breastfeeding issues like mastitis or blocked ducts

I believe in a holistic approach to healthcare and I work closely with other health professionals to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
