⭐️When your approach to your babies sleep is consistent, your babies sleep in kind becomes more consistent too ⭐️

When nap and feed times are predictable, day in and day out, this becomes a habit for your child, and naps become very predictable and consistent.

When we do the same things before a nap, these become a set of sleep cues for your baby. These sleep cues are understood by your baby and this helps to ready and prepare them for sleep.

When we use the same settling technique, not panicking and trying a variety of tricks or tips, our babies response becomes predictable too.
We know being consistent and predicable is hard, but the results are totally worth it!
