Thank you for a beautifully rich session to manifest clients and opportunities into my business this morning.
Prior to starting I pulled a card from Collette's Wisdom of the Oracle deck - Higher Power, a beautiful co-companion as I created my manifesting frequency art piece. I was reminded that with concious connection and openness to Spirit, I can co-create a wonderous life, getting to serve and help people doing the things I love and have a deep passion for - how amazing. Feeling extremely grateful and excited. 🥰

This poster visualises my previous lived experience with depression.
Living with depression can feel like climbing invisible mountains, pushing through fog, or watching life from behind a wall. It’s not always visible, but it’s real.
I created this poster to help others see and name their own experience, and to remind you: you are not alone.

I remember how exhausting it felt just to get through the day—like every step was pushing through a dense fog, every thought hitting a wall.

My brain no longer functions.

I remember often feeling like my brain was out of order—like it just stopped working and I couldn’t think clearly. On those hardest days, even the smallest tasks felt overwhelming and impossible.

Looking back at my experience with depression, I remember feeling like I was there but couldn’t join in. I watched my family from the sidelines, feeling like I was behind a wall—cut off from their joy and connection. I wanted so much to be present, but the darkness kept me apart.
