✨ A glimpse of what I’ve been eating lately for my own gut health.

For me, food isn’t about restriction — it’s about freshness, balance, and variety. I try to keep it simple:
🌱 Fresh + organic where possible
🌱 Lots of diversity to feed the gut bugs
🌱 The 3 P’s → probiotics, prebiotics + polyphenols
🌱 A good balance of fibre, protein, complex carbs + healthy fats

These little principles are what shape the meals I’ve shared in this post
