We are looking for people who have a heart for working with those who are experiencing psychosocial and intellectual disability and share our belief that every human has been designed uniquely with something to offer the world.

The Sparrow Days launch party is happening July 15th from 12pm - 3pm. Come and check out the space, experience some activities and get a general vibe. We have a DJ, table tennis, hot dogs 🌭 and more. Hi, I’m Noah. I'm a Support Worker with Sparrow. Through overcoming my own difficult health issues in the past, I’ve found a deep sense of compassion and dedication to supporting individuals through their struggles.

Over the years, I’ve had opportunity to work alongside youth and people experiencing mental health challenges, trauma and intellectual disabilities.

Additionally, I’ve trained as a Hip-Hop dancer for more than 10 years, competing regionally and using dance as a creative outlet to inspire and connect. Working at Sparrow allows me to walk alongside others, facilitate success and foster creativity for people.

Meet Christian. At Sparrow Collective, he runs the Visual Art program. He has a passion for painting and making; he also loves cooking and sharing meals. Christian thinks it’s important to create a warm and welcoming environment where everyone feels valued and that an important part of working in this space is listening to people. He enjoys seeing others discover their talents and grow in their abilities, all while having heaps of fun! He's currently studying a masters in Psychology.

Meet Amy, she's a Support Worker with Sparrow. She has a gentle nature and likes to connect deeply with people while working toward their goals. She has experience supporting a diverse range of people including people experiencing Asperger's, ADHD, OCD, chronic fatigue, schizophrenia, and visual impairments. She loves bringing a holistic approach to support work, focusing on the well-being of participants with warmth and care. Outside of work, She enjoys yoga, nature, cooking, and creative pursuits.
