Last November 22, our TLC Aged Care residents had an incredible day exploring the Western Sydney Zoo! They enjoyed close encounters with majestic giraffes 🦒, playful meerkats 🐾, elegant elephants 🐘, vibrant iguanas 🦎, and even some slithering snakes 🐍.

This outing was more than just a trip—it was a chance to connect, create joyful memories, and enjoy nature's wonders. At TLC Aged Care, we create opportunities that enrich lives and strengthen community connections.💛
