Today our team had the privilege of meeting 🤙🏾

His brand, .your.walk , was born from a single conversation , one that saved a friend’s brother’s life. That moment became his mission: to help men speak their truth, navigate the weight they carry, and know they’re not alone.

From athletes under pressure to everyday men facing silent battles, Jesse is creating space for raw, honest conversations about mental health, resilience, and what it means to keep going when life feels heavy.

The team at Aryse are excited to collaborate with Jesse to create safe, supportive spaces where these conversations can happen and where real change can begin.

We’re grateful he shared his story with us, and we look forward to the impact we can make together. Conversations save lives and Jesse is living proof of that.

At ARYSE, we are proud to be made up of different backgrounds, cultures, and beliefs. This week, we celebrated Multicultural Day with our participants and team , embracing the flags, foods, traditions, and stories that shape who we are.

Our staff comes from all over the world, and it is this beautiful mix of cultures that makes us stronger, more compassionate, and truly connected. From dancing to decorating, everyone came together to learn, share, and laugh side by side.

Because at ARYSE, diversity is not just something we celebrate. It is something we live, every day.

We’re saying farewell (for now) to three beautiful souls, Jade, Sarah and Leyla, who have each left a lasting mark on the ARYSE family.

From laughter on community outings to quiet moments of care and connection, you’ve all shown what real support looks like. Your dedication, energy, and heart never went unnoticed. The impact you’ve made with our participants will be felt long after your last shift.

You weren’t just staff you were family. And that doesn’t change when you walk out the door. At ARYSE, once you’re family, you’re always family.
