Yesterday was a tough day. Lots of emotions, crying, feeling let down, feeling overwhelmed by the kindness of one man and his wife, and yet so very alone with so much going on all around me. Went to the beach early evening to journal and write out my gratitudes and asked for help and really cried. ☀️🌹🙏 I’m deflated, I’m done.
