Yogis, I can be a bit cheeky, I forget the sequence, I also forget my left and rights 😂sometimes it's a high energy class, sometimes it's slow and steady.

I'm not here to be a perfect yoga teacher, and I am certainly not looking for perfect students. I'm here to create a space where you can land exactly as you are. 🌬

A space to move your body, breathe a little deeper, reconnect with yourself, and maybe have a laugh along the way (Usually at my expense 🤣). No pressure, no perfection, no taking ourselves too seriously.

No need to be flexible. No need to know what you are doing.
Just bring yourself, an openness, your breath, and a willingness to move your body.

We don't mind if you roll up just out of bed in pj's and make your way through class - you're welcome.
We don't mind if you've had a week from hell and you're just here to get through class to have a cuppa and a vent after - you're welcome.
We don't mind if you want to roll out your mat, not speak to anyone, lay down and sleep through class - you're welcome.
We don't mind if you have no idea what this yoga thing is about but you hear its good for you - you're welcome.

We get it ladies, and you're so bloody welcome here 🥰
Yoga isn't about being awesome at yoga, it's about getting even more awesome at handling life!
