✨ Yoga doesn't care what you're wearing, and it definitely doesn't care about the weather. ✨

Some days, your practice looks like bright sunny mornings, high-energy Vinyasa flows, and feeling strong, focused, and perfectly aligned. You crush the arm balances, you sweat, and you feel unstoppable. ☀️💪

But other days?

Other days, yoga looks like throwing your mat down on the lounge room floor, staying in your oversized trackies, and just making shapes that feel good while your hair is in a messy bun. No strict sequencing. No aesthetic lighting. Just you, your breath, and whatever your body needs to survive the day. 🛋️👖

In yogic philosophy, this beautiful spectrum is the balance of Ha (Sun/Energy) and Tha (Moon/Rest)—the very foundation of Hatha yoga.

🌗Both versions are advanced yoga.True practice isn’t about hitting a perfect pose; it’s about Santosha (contentment) and meeting yourself exactly as you show up on the mat.

Whether you are chasing the fire or just craving the floor, you are doing it right. 🤍

✨ What if the world isn't stressful, but your perception of it is? ✨

In yogic philosophy, there is a concept called Chitta Vritti—the constant ripples, thoughts, and modifications of the mind.

Sage Patanjali famously wrote that yoga is the calming of these ripples so we can see reality clearly.Think of your mind like a lake. When the water is choppy and muddy, you cannot see the bottom, and any reflection on the surface is distorted.

This distortion is called Avidya (ignorance or incorrect perception).

We don't see things as they are; we see things as we are, filtered through our past experiences, fears, and biases. 🧘‍♂️Yoga is the practice of clearing the water.

Through breath and movement, we step back from the drama of our thoughts. We move from being trapped inside the storm to becoming the quiet observer of the weather.

When you change your internal state, your external vision shifts. You realize you have the power to choose how you perceive every challenge, every breath, and every moment. 🌀

The next time you feel overwhelmed, try taking three deep breaths. Ask yourself: Am I seeing the situation clearly, or am I seeing it through the ripples of my mind?

✨ Ever looked closely at a mandala? ✨

In Sanskrit, mandala simply means "circle." But in yogic philosophy, it is a map of the entire cosmos—and a mirror of your inner world. 🧘‍♂️

In the yoga tradition, we often talk about Samadhi (wholeness or liberation). Just like a mandala, our lives can feel complex, detailed, and sometimes scattered. Yet, every single pattern is perfectly connected to a single, quiet center point.

When you practice yoga, meditate, or simply trace the lines of a mandala, you are practicing Pratyahara (turning your attention inward). You are traveling from the busy outer edges of life back to your own sacred center. 🌀

Next time you see a mandala, let it remind you of Purusha—the unchanging, peaceful soul that lives inside you, unaffected by the chaos of the outside world. You are whole. You are connected. You are the center of your own universe.
