Every effort is made to accommodate your preferred GP and time, please call and speak to a Receptionist if you need to book an appointment for a complex problem, insurance or pre-employment medical. The Practice has a policy that we will fit in a child on the day if a parent is concerned that the issue is serious. Please make sure that you clearly communicate concerns about young children to our Reception staff. Our Practitioners endeavour to keep to their scheduled appointment times. We apologise for this and suggest that you phone ahead of your appointment time and ask the Receptionist to check if your appointment will be on time. CANCELLING APPOINTMENTS
Please notify us if you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment. The Doctors request that you notify the Practice, at least one hour prior to your scheduled time, if you are unable to keep your appointment. This provides them with the opportunity to see other patients.

👉 Keep an eye out for symptoms like fever, rash, cough, and red eyes
👉 If you suspect that you may be unwell with these symptoms, please call ahead so that we can take additional precautions for your appointment
