🌱 We’re Hiring: Permaculture / Horticulture Farm Supervisor! 🌱
Do you have a passion for sustainable farming and want to make a difference in the community?

We’re looking for a Farm Supervisor to join our team!
✅ Permanent Part Time (25–30 hrs per week)

✅ 12-month contract (with option to extend)

✅ Hands-on role combining permaculture & horticulture with community engagement
What you’ll do:

🌿 Oversee day-to-day farm operations

🌿 Support and mentor participants in practical farm activities

🌿 Maintain sustainable gardens and crops

🌿 Share your knowledge and passion for growing
What you’ll need:

✔️ Experience in horticulture & permaculture

✔️ Current Working With Children Check

✔️ Current NDIS Worker Check

Yesterday our Learning and Development Team held the 1st of our September L&D days, bringing staff together to create opportunity and invest in growth.

We had some serious machinery on site as the Council removed a table from Level 2 of the building.
This beauty was carefully lifted over the balcony as it was too big to fit down the stairwell and has now found a new home at the Central Tablelands Collections facility.
The table holds historic value, having been made locally, and it’s great to know it will continue to be preserved as part of our region’s story.
