I just finished my morning visiting Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Hospital. Dad Warren said we are now going to visit the Hospital on Mondays and Maddocks Gardens Aged Care, Bairnsdale Regional Health Service on Fridays. He said it is because I have so many hoomans to say hello to now and didn't want me to wear my paws out. Today I had lovely head scratches and got to sit on lots of beds and have cuddles. I also met Renee and Ashley who work in the Oncology Unit. I hope I gave everyone a big smile to start their week. Love Archieđź’•đź’•

This morning, Dad Warren and I went along to Playful Paws: Training & Wellness for Therapy Dog Thursday. I was very happy to have my Playful Paws Puppachino’s ...Yum.... and Dad had a coffee. We waited a little while but it looked like we weren't going to have any visitors to say hello to today until....
a minibus from Opal Aged Care Bairnsdale filled with smiling faces pulled up at the gate. I just love getting hold of walking frames to show off my prowess at pushing them along but this was beyond my wildest dreams. So many visitors!! At this point, backup was called for in the form of fellow therapy dog, Greyhound Lola. Thank goodness she was on site as there were soooo many hands reaching out for a pat. I did manage to borrow a walker and display my talents pushing it along to sounds of cheers. So many kind, gentle hands just made Lola's and my morningđź’śđź’ś.

What a busy morning I just had. Dad Warren and I attended the Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Hospital Volunteer's meeting and then had fun showing Whippet Tom and his human Rhonda around Maddocks Gardens Aged Care, Bairnsdale Regional Health Service before he starts his therapy dog journey there. I can tell you I was very excited to introduce them to my friends there. I think we created double the smiles.đź’śđź’ś

Today was Therapy Dog Thursday at Playful Paws: Training & Wellness. Ross, Willow and I loved meeting our friends from Distinctive Options Noweyung who popped in for a visit. To top off a fun morning, I consumed at great speed a Playful Paws Puppachino’s. Could life get any better?? Pats, cuddles and puppachinos💕💕

Another Monday done and of course I found another comfy bed to sit on. Everyone I said hello to at Maddocks Gardens Aged Care, Bairnsdale Regional Health Service and Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Hospital were in good spirits which I loved to see. I just hope I was able to brighten their day just a bit. Dad Warren said our next outing will be at Playful Paws: Training & Wellness for Therapy Dog Thursday so if you are about, pop in and say hello👋👋. Hmmm I think that may also mean a Playful Paws Puppachino’s for me.💕💕

If you are looking for something exciting to do on 19th April, come along and support the Paynesville CFA. Mum Sue was talking with Rosemary Lowen from the CFA this morning. Apparently I am going to be a catwalk model on the day. I don't know what that means but I'm sure Mum will tell me that I am not allowed to chase the pesky cats like I do at home. It's not my fault if they run. That is just telling me they want to prove they are faster than me and are just asking to be chased!! Anyway, it looks like it will be a fun event. Mark it in your diary, grab your tickets and get ready for a few laughs.

I finished off a very busy day today by attending a meeting at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service Hospital with fellow therapy dogs from the Hospital's Animal Assistance Intervention Team. Here with me is Lab Winnie and Janine, German Shepherd Jaz with Cathy and Border Collie Lucy with Linda. That is it from me for today. Tomorrow Dad Warren and I pay a visit to the new graduate nurses at Bairnsdale Hospital for pats and cuddles to show them that staff as well as patients benefit from therapy dog visits. This morning fellow Therapy Dog Lola joined me at Playful Paws Puppachino’s and we both said a big hello to Debs who came to visit us again. Thankyou so much Debs for our yummy shark cartilage treats...just the thing to munch on after enjoying my puppachino.💜 Now to rest up for a bit then off to the Therapy Dog Team meeting at Bairnsdale Regional Health Service with Dad Warren. My social calender is filling fast.
