🌿 Supporting Year 12s with Mind & Body Wellness 🌿
Last week I had the joy of running wellbeing sessions at the Loreto Year 12 study camp 💫
Morning sessions began with gentle mindful movement incorporating Tai Chi and Qigong, followed by a mini Singing Bowl Meditation — helping students awaken their bodies, refresh their minds, and start the day with clarity and focus. On one of the days, we ended with a deeply relaxing Sound Bath Meditation to help the students unwind and decompress 🧘♀️🎶
So wonderful to see schools embracing the importance of rest, movement, and mindfulness as part of academic success 🙌 The benefits to focus, performance, and retention are real!
