Lomond Crescent Medical Practice is proud to announce we have passed AGPAL accreditation again with flying colours!
Undertaken every three years, general practice accreditation is a voluntary process.
As a result, our patients can feel at ease knowing that:
- We implement security measures to keep your medical records safe
- Our medical instruments are sterile to ensure safety from infection
- We keep vaccines at the right temperature, so they work the first time, every time
- We meet the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners
(RACGP) Standards for General

As such, not all practices undergo this regular independent on-site assessment.
AGPAL accreditation recognises that the practice meets national industry standards for safety and quality.

Today is World Cancer Day 2025💟

If you’re aged 40 and over, you may be eligible for a free screening mammogram with BreastScreen NSW.

Breast cancer is the most commonly diagnosed cancer for Australian women with 1 in 7 diagnosed in their lifetime. The good news is that early detection can lead to a better chance of successful treatment.

A special thanks to the members of the community who gave us kind words of thanks, Christmas card, Gifts and appreciation. We truly appreciate it. It’s our absolute pleasure to serve this amazing community.

We are happy to re-unite good health and good souls, and ensured the health care were provided point to point.

Introducing our newest GP(General Practitioner) Dr Kwok Hung Fa to our team!
Dr Kwok Hung Fa graduated from the University of NSW in 1983 and completed a Family Medicine diploma from Monash University. He is skilled in all areas of general practice and has a special interest in integrated functional medicine (a holistic medical discipline that considers food and lifestyle habits). Dr Kwok can also provide some acupuncture services.
