Dear Caregiver,
I am writing to you with deep respect and recognition of the extraordinary journey you are on as caregivers for loved ones with dementia. Your role is pivotal, and the compassion, resilience, and dedication you demonstrate every day are truly inspiring.
We, at Connected Communities, have been developing an holistic care platform, designed specifically to support families caring for a PLWD, to enable the family to care for their loved one longer in the home environment. Our technology based care platform, Connexia, has been designed to make your and your family’s care giving experience more manageable, effective and supportive. However, to ensure that this digital care platform truly resonates with your needs and the realities of your daily lives, we need your invaluable input during this initial and limited trial period.
Your experiences, frustrations, care priorities, challenges and even the small victories, are essential to us. We want to hear your stories and learn from your journey to ensure our digital care platform addresses the real-world challenges faced by caregivers like yourselves. We believe that your insights can guide us in finalizing and prioritizing the features of our digital care platform, making it a genuinely useful tool for you and others in similar situations.
To understand your insights and experience we are conducting a limited number of interviews with families whose loved ones have been diagnosed in the last 6 to 12 months. These interviews will be between 30 and 45 minutes only. Your feedback will not only aid us in refining our digital care platform but will also help thousands of other family providing care, now and in the future, to understand its impact and usability in real-life scenarios.
For those who participate in our next round of carer interviews we will, as a token of our gratitude for your participation and valuable feedback, be giving you and your family a FREE LIFETIME MEMBERSHIP to our care platform app.
Once we have completed our Carer interviews we will, a few weeks later, be undertaking a usability trial.
