It's all around us in every moment...
All the negatives that swirl within our rushing and doing in pressure create more of the negative.
We lose our preferred focus of just observing the intricate tiny blessing in our own personal world. Find them, name them, smile inwardly at their existence. Repeat every time the negative begins.
Bring in your blessings by acknowledging the ones that reside around you... Everywhere.

When we set an intent to obtain a positive flow in our life, we often get disheartened. We tell ourselves tales of doubt and project a resistance that hinders our go and get desire.
So we could choose to be our own mini cheer leader and shout a positive - you have got this mantra.
Flip the doubt.
