Today at our monthly goal planning bbq we also said seeya later to our support worker Camilla who is off to start her maternity leave, best wishes Camilla we will miss you and cannot wait for baby pics :)

How are we all holding up with this windy weather ? Was a good day to stay indoors and work on some self care.
Remember if your out and about stay safe on the roads, allot of debris around.

We had such a lovely BBQ with some of our amazing participants and staff, everyone got to discuss their goals and whats planned for July and what these guys and girls want to achieve for themselves. Always great socialising with the gang :)

Frank got to meet the local celebrities today, two baby cygnets and their very protective parents. Frank has learnt you can't play with the cygnets and not get too close or daddy swan gets extra cranky.
Some of our participants are loving the lake at Forest Lake with its beautiful walks and gym equipment for everyone to use, then they get to see the beautiful wild life we love Forest Lake

Yesterday some of our gang went and seen the new Lilo and stitch
So much fun and laughs together 🙂
Today we are off to putt putt mini golf

New week, whats everyone's plans ? We have our cooking group in action tomorrow. Smashing goals to become healthier and more social.

It's certainly cooled down more this week, , frank has a new jumper to show off 😀, after his adventures today (escaping from home) he come home and was very cold 🥶 so quick trip to the shops for a new hoodie and he's happy again.
