First day back adjusting after an entire YEAR
Felt great to be back seeing old faces
So grateful my team kept it running while I couldn’t be there
Am pumped for the future and all the exciting changes coming

It’s official…I am the proud new owner of Adjust To Life Chiropractic 🤙🏼

It’s always been a dream of mine to be a business owner and work for myself. I’m amped for what the future holds and being able to help more people towards optimal health 🙏🏻

Buying this business and having a newborn has been an interesting couple months. But that’s life sometimes, full steam ahead!

On top of that the building on the right has been purchased and is in the process of being renovated and fitted out 😄 Along with more chiropractic tables, we will have an Acupuncturist and Masseuse in house to support our local people 🙌🏻

Sunny coast will be our home for a little while longer ☀️

Dream come true.
Hours after birth this little man was gifted his first chiropractic spinal adjustment by me ☺️ I’m so grateful for this wisdom, for this skill and to be the one to share it with my son so early into his life. I wish more families knew the potent power within all beings, young or “old”, that can be expressed once our nervous systems have no interference.

His first outing was to a chiropractor that specialises in kids as I needed an objective view cause I think he’s just perfect 😍 hehe. Safe to say he’s loved it

Goodbye Nervana!!
