A year ago today, I experienced the Spinal Flow Technique for the very first time.
I walked into a space of 80+ women, excited to learn and bring forward a massive, beautiful, change in this world and the way we look at healing and the fact that within our Human body, lies the answer to being in our ultimate health and wellness.
I have so much more movement and flexibility within my body, aches and pains that were once quite constant, have dissipated, I no longer have period symptoms (Yes Ladies you read that right!), this is I believe my 4th cycle where I've had no pain. where I once was crumpled over, days prior and during, my period is now a surprise if I'm not keeping track of the dates and when I'm due. It's been strange to get use to, yet another thing we've been told "it is what it is", turns out it isn't.
and then there's the changes I've seen in others. just incredible.
Now. I'm going through yet another change, this time, it's a change in location. I won't say where just yet, but it will be happening very soon.
So, on that note, it's time to officially announce that tomorrow (Wednesday) will be my very last day with a shop in Beerwah. It has been an incredible 6 months and I have learnt so much about having my own business and shop and I can't wait to open back up in the new location, this time, thankfully, will be from home.
I am so grateful to everyone who has trusted me to work with your bodies and would like to put it out there, that during the next couple of weeks, though my shop may be closed, I'm open to at home visits if you would like to squeeze a session in before I officially leave the Sunshine Coast.
