At Grounded in Healing, I understand that money and finances can feel like a barrier to accessing the healing you want and deserve. I never want finances to prevent you from being able to access my services, and that's why I have decided to offer sliding scale Reiki pricing.

Whether you want to book a Reiki session for relaxation, stress relief, for a specific intention or as a supportive practice for chronic pain relief, I'm here to support you.

These sessions are offered via telehealth and includes 30-minutes of distance Reiki. I encourage you to create a cosy space for yourself to relax, somewhere you won't be disturbed for a minimum of 30-minutes.

We will have a quick chat at the beginning of the session, setting an intention and taking you through a relaxation exercise while I offer you the Reiki healing. At the end there will be time for us both to share any insights that may have arisen during the healing.

After the call I recommend you allow yourself at least 15-minutes for integration. You may like to use this time for journaling or continuing to spend time in the relaxed state we have created during the healing.

This sliding scale thrives on trust. I trust you to be honest when reflecting on your financial position and choosing the rate that applies to you.

Books I've been listening to recently as someone who is recovering from burnout...

The events happening in the world have been feeling heavy, so I've been listening to books that I know bring me some peace and help me to see the light around me.

One of the things I love about Reiki is the way it helps me connect to my higher self and feel in alignment with my divine purpose. It really has the ability to bring clarity where there may be confusion, rest where there is fatigue, peace where there is stress.
By reducing these draining states of mind, we are more easily able to return to our centre and see what our next best steps may be.

My favourite practices to combine with Reiki that help me in times that I may be seeking more clarity are EFT (tapping), meditation and the Australian Bush Flower Essences.

One of my favourite bush flower essences to work with is the Abund essence. I have had some awesome results both for myself and others with this essence. eg. Manifesting $600+ in 24 hrs for a ticket to the Level 3 ABFE course in Sydney. Manifesting a 9-day pet sit so I could attend the course (the house had a pool, backed onto a national park with beautiful bush walks just down the road). Others have had clients book into multi-month packages.

Things feel a bit heavy lately. Here are some ideas od how to start to raise your vibration.

- Meditate, pray, practice mindfulness
- Eat closest to the source, drink water
- Declutter (one of my favs)
- Move your body
- Journal, read self-help books
- Rest & consciously breathe
- Notice your thoughts
- Practice mindfulness and gratitude

I've recently started doing the Joe Dispenza Meditation again and I find that a great way to raise my vibration and change up my energy if it's feeling a bit stuck and heavy.

Divine Presence Essences 8-Week Journey

I recently ordered the Australian Bush Flower Essences “Divine Presence Essence” Pack for my own journey, but I felt the nudge to get other people involved.

I’ve been feeling bogged down by the events happening in the world, still in recovery from burnout from last year and I felt this would be a great way to begin to find my way back to my path and ultimately my centre.

I know from my conversations with people that they are also on similar journey’s and that this is a time of deep soul work that can feel never-ending at times. I personally am dreaming of the days when I didn’t (or won’t) feel like this.

These are all sgns that you may need to take some time out to yourself and work on regulating your nervous system. It is so hard to get out of this state on your own, especially with how the world is at the moment.
