This weekend, step onto the mat with one of our most artistic and inspiring teachers, Gabriel Sinclair. He is an experienced contemporary dancer, choreographer, dance and yoga teacher.

This Saturday morning 9:45am , Gabriel is guiding a class crafted especially for students new to yoga. You’ll begin by gently exploring the breath and its role in your practice, with time spent in standing, seated, or lying postures to help you feel grounded and comfortable. Gabriel’s approach eases you into movement with short, accessible stretches before building into a slower vinyasa flow that invites you to link breath and posture. The session is thoughtfully paced to support learning fundamental yoga poses and will help you grow your confidence, no previous experience needed.
