The curtain is set to fall, the finale is this Sunday, the Belgrave Big Dreams market will be our last ever.

All good things come to an end and Care You Love has been a very good thing where we have created our own range of uniquely beneficial products over the last decade+

Trying to gain momentum after the lockdowns was definitely a struggle for us and on top of that we have been unable to get our personal Home + Contents insurance renewed because we run this business from home, we grow herbs in our food forest, we make the products at home, it is part of the care that we daily infused into it. But especially making it at home turned out to be the prohibitive factor.

The feedback at the last markets, fairs and fetes was very positive so having to end like this is surely bittersweet. We are very grateful to our longstanding customers, some have followed us around the markets for many many years and are forever friends.

So this Sunday we love to catch up for a final farewell.

PS - Pick up a bargain, and stock up on your favorite because we will cease trading on the 21st of December 2022. All products will be discounted to wholesale prices!!!

Packing the car now because tomorrow you will find us at the Melbourne Rudolf Steiner School Fair. It will be beautiful weather and perhaps a small rainbow will appear but only because of a cooling sunshower ;)

We are thrilled that our annual Open Day and Fair can return this year!
Come along and tour our school, meet our teachers and discover our curriculum. As well as enjoying, music performances, children’s activities, quality market stalls and delicious wholesome food!

Please join us next Sunday to plant seedlings at Belgrave Lake Park to restore the habitat for our beloved platypus.

Starts at 09:30, bring some gloves and 🤞we get a 🌞 morning

We welcome you to Southern Dandenong's Landcare Group planting at Belgrave Lake Park on the 17th of July 9:30am-12:30pm. This park is part of network of reserves forming an important corridor along the Monbulk Creek. We will be planting a range of local native plants to restore and provide habitat for species like the Yellow-bellied Glider, Platypus and the Powerful Owl.

I picked these beautiful big radiant calendula 🌼🌼🌼flowers at the thriving Belgrave Food Garden which is a great community garden behind the Cameo Cinema parking section.

They have similarly mixed herbs (calendula, comfrey, lemon balm) with the veggies in their beds and it looks very healthy indeed, their cabbages are forming beautiful heads.

Although it shouldn't be such a surprise because they focus on making compost too, and in our experience compost is key too support healthy soil activity which brings out the best in the 🌼🌱🌾herbs and veggies.

This tray will dry nicely as we have the 🔥fire going every day before we will infuse the calendula in our next batch of calendula cream. Looking forward to sharing more with this great initiative.

Sad 😕 to say we will have to give the Big Dreams Martket a miss tomorrow after a positive RAT result during the week.

So far I have only very mild symptoms and iso allows me to indulge in reading a fiction crime novel.
