New beginnings ✨️ ☺️ 🙏

It's divine timing! On the occasion of Spring Equinox or Ostara (22nd September), I will land in my new space 🐣🌿✨️

It's a beautiful leafy studio in Bellingen nestled in the forest which feels both secluded and open.

I am so excited to share this space with you. As I am currently in the moving in and setting up phase, there are no inside pics yet, but it's going to be special 🌿 this is the view!

It is not without some sadness and a big thank you to Hannah for having me! 🙏✨️ My last day is this Friday.

Now is the time for me to spread my wings a little further 🕊

SHIFTS AND CHANGE 🌼🌿

Can you feel it in the air? The shift in the energy?

Even with this rain, you can feel it and see it..

Notice it. Feel it. Breathe it in.

Seasons changing, arrival of Imbolc. The first light after a dark winter.

And it's my Grandma's birthday... she would have been 101 today. She was such an important woman in my life. In my motherline. A strong woman ahead of her time. And I know she looks over me now.

QUESTION (WISDOM) TIME 🦋

As I started writing this post, predictive text wrote wisdom time instead of question time. And I kind of like it ✨️

Because on this wild and woolly day... I wanted to ask you some questions. To ask for your wisdom.

What is bubbling up in you that you would like guidance through?
Is it physical symptoms?
Wounds from the past?
Something holding you back?

UNBURDEN 🦋

We talk about taking a weight off our shoulders, but what about the weight on our womb space?

2025... The words sit differently but just as deep as my first reading many years ago.

The Invitation by Oriah

It doesn’t interest me
what you do for a living.
I want to know
what you ache for
and if you dare to dream
of meeting your heart’s longing.

It doesn’t interest me
how old you are.
I want to know
if you will risk
looking like a fool
for love
for your dream
for the adventure of being alive.

It doesn’t interest me
what planets are
squaring your moon...
I want to know
if you have touched
the centre of your own sorrow
if you have been opened
by life’s betrayals
or have become shrivelled and closed
from fear of further pain.

I want to know
if you can sit with pain
mine or your own
without moving to hide it
or fade it
or fix it.

I want to know
if you can be with joy
mine or your own
if you can dance with wildness
and let the ecstasy fill you
to the tips of your fingers and toes
without cautioning us
to be careful
to be realistic
to remember the limitations
of being human.

It doesn’t interest me
if the story you are telling me
is true.
I want to know if you can
disappoint another
to be true to yourself.
If you can bear
the accusation of betrayal
and not betray your own soul.
If you can be faithless
and therefore trustworthy.

I want to know if you can see Beauty
even when it is not pretty
every day.
And if you can source your own life
from its presence.

I want to know
if you can live with failure
yours and mine
and still stand at the edge of the lake
and shout to the silver of the full moon,
“Yes.”

It doesn’t interest me
to know where you live
or how much money you have.
I want to know if you can get up
after the night of grief and despair
weary and bruised to the bone
and do what needs to be done
to feed the children.

It doesn’t interest me
who you know
or how you came to be here.
I want to know if you will stand
in the centre of the fire
with me
and not shrink back.

It doesn’t interest me
where or what or with whom
you have studied.
I want to know
what sustains you
from the inside
when all else falls away.

I want to know
if you can be alone
with yourself
and if you truly like
the company you keep
in the empty moments.

NEW ✨️🌌

With the jacarandas blooming and spring storms here.. it's time to release my new offering!

I will be starting to offer Abdominal Therapy sessions.

Abdominal Therapy supports the body’s natural healing capacity and looks to resolve the root cause of dis-ease.

By improving NAVEL (Nerve conduction, Arterial blood, Venous blood, Energy flow, and Lymphatic flow), or the five systems of flow, it helps to improve balance within the body, improve haemodynamics, and support the body’s self-regulating, self-healing, self-regenerating healing capacity. Removing obstructions and deterrents to healing allows vital fluids and energy to flow, revitalise, nourish, and repair our organs.

What does it feel like?
A nourishing abdominal massage that stimulates blood flow and promotes healing. To bring the body to haemostasis or balance. You will also be taught how to do Your Abdominal Massage (YAM), so you can incorporate it into your own self care routine.

HOLDING SPACE ✨️ 🍓

One of the things I love about my work with women is holding space.

Creating a safe container to be curious; about your body, about your emotions, and about your energy.

Sometimes the places we go are light and free.

Sometimes the places we go are dark and a bit scary.

Sometimes it is somewhere in between.

It is a courageous place to enter, and I want to acknowledge the strength it takes to go there.

It is a POWERFUL place.

I witness these amazing women:

transform themselves,

grow in the ways they choose, and

heal their bodies.

I want to give thanks for all the women that have put their trust in me to hold them in a safe space.

I see you in all your beauty.

I admire how you are ripening in your own time.
