I haven't been active on social media lately as life offers more interesting things to do and days are just too nice for 'marketing'.
However, I would like to let you all know that I still make Ela's Oils products and I am happy to assist you at any time.
I stopped making face creams last year but I offer other awesome things now, like my own organic herbal teas, smudge sticks and even apple cider vinegar πŸ˜‰
I have my small display of goodies at Bemboka markets every second month or contact me for more information.

How are you doing over the busy pre-Christmas season?
How is your energy level? Are you stressed? Fell overwhelmed?
Don't forget to reach for aromatic help. Essential oils can help you deal with all the hustle, they can give you bit of a recharge and some stress relief.
What to use? Simply grab your favourite oil, sniff directly from the bottle or even put a drop or two on the tissues and place in your sleeve etc. You can diffuse oils, use in the bath, as a body oil (diluted in some vegetable oil), try roll on perfumes, room sprays, body mists...whatever you have handy.
And don't forget to have a break, breathe πŸ™‚

This fantastic remedy is suitable for the whole family, including small children.

It is one of my favourite Australian native oils.
I love its gentle floral note, much more pleasant than tea tree.

This versatile oil is a great to have in your first aid kit.

Rosalina oil is very beneficial in treatment of upper respiratory tract infections and congestion.
Topically it can be used for skin rashes, acne, boils, insect bites and herpes.
It is an excellent insect repellent.
As an anti fungal it can be used to treat tinea.
At the same time it is sedative and calming - aids sleeping, anxiety and nervous tension.

Rosemary Oil.
Since ancient times, this aromatic herb has been believed to have properties to improve the memory (try it in a diffuser or massage oil).
Rosemary oil (particularly Cineole chemotype) stimulates the brain and is used for poor concentration (Ela's Oils Attention Spanner body mist).
It is often used in hair care to stimulate hair growth and prevent baldness (Try Ela's Oils Natural Hair Serum Oil).
It is recommended for headaches too (Temple Soother roll on).
It promotes blood and Qi circulation and can be used for low blood pressure and poor circulation.
As an analgesic it makes it beneficial for treating muscular aches and arthritis (Ela's Oils Loosen Up massage oil).
This oil is handy in cold and flu treatment and it's great is steam baths for blocked sinuses.
Rosemary is also recommended as a liver and gallbladder tonic.
