Equilibrium has been developed to help you navigate through this fast paced crazy world, where so often we hit the ground running with little time to step back, assess and plan. No we don’t have all the answers but Dan has a heck tone of life experience and a warm caring ear, she also comes with a female health & performance coaching qualification to assist you ladies in navigating through all things female related. From a young age Dan has been a go getter, with no challenge too big or small. Working in industries such as hairdressing (started at 14 & 9 months), the public sector for approx 11 years & personal training for almost 4 years. If there is ever a person that know what it’s like to grind and hustle for what you want, that would be Dan. She has had her hard times with mental health, having children, a broken family and grief. With a holistic and down to earth approach Dan is ready to go on your journey with you.
