There’s something about a rainy Monday in Bendigo that feels like medicine for the nervous system 🌧️✨

This morning I had the most beautiful massage with Nadia (88 McIver Road), and I can honestly say she is up there with one of the best I’ve experienced. So thorough, so intuitive, and incredibly talented at what she does.

Today she used my Anxiety Blend during the treatment… and I truly felt the difference. My body softened. My mind slowed. My whole system exhaled. 🌬

It’s my birthday! 🎈🥳☀️

​As I celebrate another trip around the sun,
I’ve been looking at all the new faces here and felt it was the perfect time to (re)introduce myself and the heart behind my Bendigo business.

​The Face Behind the Blends 😌
I am currently a student therapist completing my Master’s degree in Aromatherapy & NaturalTherapies.
My goal is to be fully qualified by the end of this year! 🎓 But this isn't just about a degree for me—it’s about a calling.

​Why I Do What I Do:
We live in such a hurried, fast-paced modern world. We are constantly rushed, and I truly believe our souls are longing to "come back home" to a slower way of living—just as our ancestors did.
I opened this business to give you support in your everyday life. Aromatherapy is a bridge to that stillness. Every little drop I craft is made with love and high-quality Australian and local ingredients, designed to help you nourish your mind, body, soul, and spirit. 🌿✨️

Each blend is handcrafted in small batches, created with intention, and supported by my ongoing Master’s studies in Aromatherapy & Natural Therapies, bringing both heart and knowledge into every bottle. ♥️ 📚

For clinics, wellness spaces, and stores interested in stocking my range, I also provide a beautiful display setup to help create a calm, inviting space. 😌

You can choose the natural wooden stands (my personal favourite, as they reflect the organic, handcrafted feel of the brand), or opt for a pop of colour to suit your store’s style.

Just popped into a Chemist and had a look at their lavender inhalers.

It’s always a good reminder how important it is to read ingredient labels.
Many products use fragrance or synthetic blends, even when they smell like lavender!
Because inhalation goes straight into the body, I’m really mindful about choosing Australian pure essential oils in my own products and in what I use personally.

Education around this is such a big part of why I’m passionate about natural aromatherapy 🤍
