30 years ago, a young woman from New Zealand walked into a small orthodontic practice for an interview. The team was 7 people. Dr Patty Medland offered her the job on the spot. She started the next day.
 
That woman is Sherry. And she never really left.
 
Over the decades, the practice grew. The team grew. And Sherry’s family became part of the story too. Her daughter Stevie went on to be our Marketing Coordinator. Her son joined as a Sterilisation Technician. The practice didn’t just shape Sherry’s career. It wove itself into her family.
 
Sherry has dedicated more than half her entire life to Medland Orthodontics. The knowledge she holds, the relationships she’s built, the patients she’s supported across 30 years of appointments and milestones and braces off moments.
 
There are no words big enough. But we’ll start with thank you.
