After years of yo-yo dieting and not really looking after myself I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I was devastated. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. I didn’t recognise myself, and I couldn’t see a clear path forward.
It took time. It took many wrong turns. But with the right support, knowledge, and mindset shifts, I finally found my way.
✅I lost 30kg
✅I stabilised my blood sugar levels
✅I regained my health, my energy, and my confidence
And now, I feel called to help others do the same.
