✨My Weight Loss Journey… and How It Changed My Life ✨

I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To feel like no matter what you do, nothing changes. To wonder if you just have to accept things the way they are.
But I don’t believe that. I believe we can design the life we truly want to live—and that includes our health.
You might be thinking:
❌“What does she know?”
❌“She doesn’t understand what it’s like to struggle with weight.”
But trust me—I do.

After years of yo-yo dieting and not really looking after myself I was diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I was devastated. I felt lost, overwhelmed, and unsure of what to do next. I didn’t recognise myself, and I couldn’t see a clear path forward.
It took time. It took many wrong turns. But with the right support, knowledge, and mindset shifts, I finally found my way.
✅ I lost 30kg
✅ I stabilised my blood sugar levels
✅ I regained my health, my energy, and my confidence
And now, I feel called to help others do the same.

That’s why I trained to become a Weight Loss Coach—specialising in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Hypnosis—because weight loss isn’t just about what you eat. It’s about your mindset, habits, and beliefs.
