✨ Big news for those who aren’t on my newsletter! is expanding! 💫
Earlier this year, we took a huge step toward growing our wellness offerings. After careful planning, we’ve chosen a new space, removed the old garage, built a new fence, and finalized the plans with our surveyor ✅🏗️
Our new healing hub will feature a bathroom, kitchenette, and a large wellness area designed for group spiritual development workshops, Reiki courses, and one-on-one sessions 🌿🧘♀️✨
So excited to welcome you into this beautiful new space by the end of 2025!

Hi and welcome to Healing 4 You - the business that is all about YOU.
I love what I do and want to help you achieve your goals. Whether that is relaxation, managing the stress and anxiety life throws at us, or focusing on your physical body to just make you feel you good.
I have extensive experience working in the hospitality industry with a variety of ages and skill levels, ranging from adults to secondary school students and disengaged youth. In 2008 I started my 'Reiki' journey, completing my Level I certification, and from there have continued on a path of self-discovery. I have lived through the ups and downs that life can throw at us and know how important self-care is on a daily basis.
In 2018 I completed my Level II Practitioners certification, and in 2019 completed my Reiki Masters. I have continued on to complete a further 3 levels of crystal frequency training and am currently completing my mediumship to enhance my skills in connection and help my clients on their journey of self discovery.
As a teacher of Hospitality, and with my love and passion for giving, I felt a pull to begin this business to incorporate my different life experiences into one as body, mind and spirit are interconnected. I am currently offering Reiki, Crystal Healings and one-on-one personalised whole foods education sessions.
