There’s a special kind of rhythm entering the clinic today. We are so honored to welcome these stunning, handcrafted **Indigenous clapping sticks** into our space.

More than just a tool, these sticks represent a deep **Connection to Country** and a rhythmic heartbeat that has echoed across this land for tens of thousands of years. We use them with the utmost **respect for our First Nations people**, celebrating their enduring culture, wisdom, and artistry.

Integrating these into our practice isn’t just about sound—it’s about grounding, ceremony, and acknowledging the beautiful heritage of the land we work on. 🖤💛❤️

My heart (and my stomach) are officially full. 🥂✨ This birthday weekend was exactly what I needed: a slow, beautiful blur of incredible food, deep laughs with my favorite people, and activities that actually filled my cup. Grateful doesn’t even begin to cover it. Here’s to another year of chasing what makes the soul glow. 🌿🎂

Attending the Dawn Service at the Shrine of Remembrance with our Cub Scout group was particularly poignant this year. After my recent visit to the Northern Territory and with family who served at Gallipoli, I felt a profound connection to our community, country, and heritage. It was a moving experience that brought a deeper sense of reflection and gratitude.
