We’re seeking individuals who are:

• Fluent in verbal and written English: Clear communication is key to building trust and delivering excellent care.

• Able to drive with a reliable vehicle and current insurance: Driving is a mandatory requirement for this role to ensure flexibility and timely support for our clients.

• Professionally prepared: You’ll need a current NDIS Worker Screening Check and Police Check to get started.

• Compassionate and committed: More than qualifications, we value your ability to connect, listen, and care with genuine empathy.

• Female applicants only: Due to the nature of client needs and care preferences, this role is open to female support workers.
