All good things take time.

The concept sat in my skull and got no further than my draft book for over 5 years..
And the decision to commit to it and actually bring it to life required equal determination & patience.

But with a few good people around us - anything can be accomplished!

We count it a privilege to be able to support our local footy club with Sunday recovery sessions!

We’re a town literally shaped around the paddock and sticks; Dickinson Oval. And our Bermi Breakers’ do an exemplary job of representing what a local sports club can be - A welcoming, family friendly and community engaged organisation. And that’s evident by the numbers that continue to show up week in week out.

We hope that Good Sauna can be one more little cog in the success and wellbeing of the men, women & teens that make up our footy club!
