Our chiropractors will be taking a short break over the October long weekend.

✨ We’ll be closed from 1pm Friday 3rd October and will reopen on Tuesday 7th October from 2pm.

🎉 We’re excited to welcome Emma Olsson, our new massage therapist, to the clinic! 🎉

💪 Emma has worked for 14 years as a Remedial Massage Therapist. She has five diplomas (Naturopathy, Botanic Medicine, Remedial Massage and Counselling) as well as currently studying an additional Diploma of Counselling.

💆‍♀️ Emma specialises in remedial massage, utilising a deep tissue technique. She is also proficient in relaxation massage, pregnancy and sports massage.

Nat and Claudia headed off to the Sports Medicine Australia Taping Course today 🙌 (yes… Intro AND Advanced 💪).

Claudia’s not just our Saturday superstar on reception—she’s also in her 3rd year of Chiropractic at Macquarie Uni 🎓. You might even catch her in the treatment rooms soon, putting these new taping skills into action!

IT'S ALL IN THE HIPS 🦵

People with lower back pain often have tight muscles around the hips. These stretches are my go-to for increasing flexibility in the many muscles that surround the hip joint. Hold each pose for at least 20 seconds and feel the benefits!
