🍎 The teacher becomes the student 😉

Nat is away this weekend attending a professional development seminar to further her education in DNS – Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation.

DNS is a rehabilitation and performance approach based on developmental kinesiology. It focuses on restoring ideal breathing patterns, core stability, posture and movement control to improve function, reduce pain and enhance performance. By retraining and facilitating the nervous system and stabilising muscles to work the way they were designed to, DNS helps create stronger, more efficient movement patterns.

Ting has worked extensively with elite and high-performing individuals, including acrobats, dancers, and stage performers. From 2014–2022, she practised across China, Singapore, and South Korea, supporting major international productions such as Cirque du Soleil and Disney’s The Lion King International Tour.

Her clinical approach combines chiropractic care with active soft tissue techniques, structured rehabilitation, assisted PNF stretching, dry needling, and—where appropriate—traditional Chinese therapies such as cupping and Gua Sha. All care is evidence-informed and tailored to each patient’s goals.

With a strong background working alongside professional and semi-professional athletes, he brings an athlete’s perspective shaped by more than 10 years of personal training experience.

Egert’s approach is all about helping you recover faster, move better, and perform at your best, whether you’re training hard, competing, or simply wanting your body to feel and function better day to day. 💪

Egert is starting at Aligned Health Berowra from Sunday 18th January 2026.
He is available Sundays 8am-1pm, Mondays 12pm-7pm, Wednesdays 12pm-7pm.
